Payment and delivery

We have the following shipping options:

Delivery by "Nova poshta" company

Delivery and return of goods is paid by the customer. If you do not pick up the product within 5 days(sent postpaid, with a prepayment of UAH 150), we will return the package. Advance payment of 150 hryvnias does not return;

International delivery

If you want to try on or buy a product in one of our stores, the -10% discount does not apply. The product can be hung in your name for 2 hours in the store where it is available. Phone numbers of stores are indicated in contacts.

Product availability can be checked on the website in the "Availability in stores" menu. To do this, you need to open the product you are interested in, select the size, and the list of stores in which it is available will appear in the menu.

Payment methods:

- payment to Privat Bank card

Refunds are made within 5 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods in their proper form (see Return / exchange of goods) to a bank card or cash in the store.
